Bellessora ships internationally to supported destinations. The address and methods available for your order are confirmed at checkout.
Processing
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.
Estimated transit times
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: 8–22 business days
- Other supported destinations: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs review, carrier disruption, weather and remote-area delivery can cause delays.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is emailed when available. Allow 2–5 business days for the first carrier scan. Products may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
Customs, duties and taxes
Unless expressly collected at checkout, destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage and clearance charges are the recipient's responsibility. Refusing a parcel does not automatically qualify it for a refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your address before ordering. Contact us within 6 hours if a correction is needed. Once a parcel is processed or dispatched, rerouting may be impossible.
Delays and non-delivery
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the option to accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. For a parcel that appears lost, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
