Using the glove
Take a warm bath or shower for at least five minutes to soften the skin. Do not apply soap, gel, or oil before exfoliating.
Wet the glove, remove excess water, and massage the body with long, firm strokes. Use lighter pressure on sensitive areas.
Rinse the body and apply a moisturizing cream or oil.
Wash the glove by hand with water and mild soap, then let it air dry.
Use the glove once a week and replace it every 8 to 10 weeks.
Using the konjac sponge
Soak the sponge in warm water for at least five minutes.
Squeeze it between your hands to remove excess water, without twisting or stretching it.
Massage the damp face in circular motions, with or without cleanser.
Rinse after each use and let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
The sponge can be used daily and should be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks.
Precautions
For external use only. Do not use on open wounds, sunburned, irritated, or inflamed skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. After exfoliation, apply a moisturizer and sun protection.
